A one-page promise for the kid who takes the river seriously. Print it, sign it, tape it above the paddle rack.

The pledge:

I, _______, promise to keep the rivers clean. I will pack out my trash always. I will leave the water wilder than I found it. And I will remind the grown-ups when they forget — because somebody has to. Only I can keep the rivers clean.

What you get:

• Landscape US Letter PDF; card prints 5 inches wide at actual size. Artwork detail is approximately 222 pixels per inch.
• Full-color card with the Junior River Rangers Boy badge, Rocky Mountain river illustration, and the full pledge text
• Signature line and date field

Print tip: 65 lb cardstock holds up over a summer of use. Regular printer paper works fine if you just want it on the fridge.

Why we made this: Ten percent of every paid order at canucanoe.shop goes back to river cleanup and access. But you don't need to buy anything to take the pledge — that part's free. A kid who signs today is the paddler who keeps the water clean tomorrow.

Get river updates. New badges, cleanup dates, and stories from the water — a few times a month, no filler. Sign up at the bottom of any page →
